Who we are

What this site collects

This is a company information site. It has no accounts, no login, no shopping cart and no advertising trackers. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the contact form:

• your name;
• your email address;
• the subject you choose; and
• the message you write.

That is sent to us by email so that we can reply. We use it for that, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to a marketing list.

Who processes it

The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, which passes the message to our email provider. Our website is served by Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. We do not use Google Analytics or any similar analytics product on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a cookie strictly for security purposes. We embed no social media widgets and no advertising pixels.

How long we keep it

Messages sent through the contact form are kept in our email for as long as the correspondence is useful, and deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will deal with it within thirty days.

Our other properties

theburnoutpodcasts.com and studybotgpt.com are separate services operated by this company and have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them. This policy covers vellixventures.com only.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
